A Brain-Based Approach to Creating Awareness

Brain-friendly coaching involves creating awareness about not just WHAT we think, but HOW we think. Join us as we explore ICF Competency #8, Creating Awareness, from a brain-friendly approach.

* Learn the 3 key plateaus of a client's thinking and how they impact decision-making.

* Understand what the brain needs to create new connections, different perspectives, and deeper complexity of thinking.

* Explore coaching methods to bring awareness and insight to foster a state of positivity and action.

Susan Britton Whitcomb, PCC, Founder and President of The Academies, Inc., has been training coaches with ICF-approved programs since 2005. Her fascination with a brain-friendly approach to training coaches led her to earn her designation as a Master Certified Neuropositive Coach with the Applied Neuroscience Institute. She has personally mentored hundreds of coaches on five continents in achieving their coaching certification.
